The Setai development in Miami comprises of a 87-room GHM 5-Star hotel and a
condominium tower (designed by others) with 187 luxury apartments. The project is
located in the heart of the historic art deco district of South Beach directly on
the beach. The hotel itself is a complete reconstruction of a 8-storey landmark
building along Colins Avenue. The condominium and the pools are newly constructed
conviniently between the hotel and the beach. The pool and courtyard area are
particularly attractive and our hotel ground floor features an outstanding lifestyle
restaurant and public area layout. This project was completed in 2005.
