The administrative manager will hire, train, and evaluate administrative team members; develop, review, and improve policies, smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
• General Office Functions.
• Responsible for developing and implementing office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office.
• Ensure office efficiency is maintained by carrying out planning and execution of equipment procurement, layouts, and office systems.
• Oversee adherence to office policies, procedures to monitor internal processes.
• Establish and monitor procedures for record-keeping.
• Ensure security, integrity, and confidentiality of data.
• Implement procedural and policy changes to improve operational efficiency.
• Provide general support to visitors.
• Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events.
• Purchasing office supplies and equipment as well as to maintain proper stock levels.
• Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlords, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid according to credit term.
• Ensure top performance of office staff by providing adequate coaching and guidance.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and pleasant work environment.
• Manage maintenance schedules of company assets and office equipment.
• Manage proper upkeep and maintenance of properties, office equipment and renewal of permits/licenses/insurance coverage.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's/ Master’s degree in business administration or equivalent
• Min. 5 years experience working on an administration manager’s position
• Possess good interpersonal, organisational and communication skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in English, both spoken
and written. As the role requires candidate to deal with English speaking clients.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and possess good IT skill.
• Familiar with cloud-based apps like Gmail, Docs, Drive, Calendar and Meet.
• Must be adaptable to put in extra hours as and when required.
• Having a pleasant personality and dynamic mannerism.
• A candidate who is available to start immediately is preferred.
